Welcome Back to Craters Mountain Bike Park

What a fantastic day at Craters Mountain Bike Park on November 4th 2023 as we ‘officially’ reopened the park to the community.

Committee Chairperson Pete Masters, thanked everyone who has supported Bike Taupō and Bruce from our Track Crew cut the bike tyre to mark the officially opening.

Bruce then lead a group ride around Tourist Trap and it was back to base for a Sausage sizzle and a yarn.

We had a great response to our new merchandise and we thank everyone who purchased one of our Tee and Hoodies.

The feedback regarding the park was very positive and everyone is feeling grateful that this incredible resource is back up and running again.

Work will continue for many years to come but for now, we are just enjoying this moment!
