Track News - December 2022

Things have been very busy with maintenance on all the trails with lots of weed growth, plus the odd tree down to add to the mix!

 We have just about completed the biggest spray program we have ever undertaken in Craters due to the large number of new single tracks in the younger trees.

We completed the clean-up of the Otaketake trail and the digger is now heading towards Waihora/ Kotukutuku boat landing which will put the Great Lake Trail in great condition for the summer.

A highlight for the year was The Huka MTB event which went really well! Thanks to all the volunteers who helped make it a success the funds go a long way towards helping with the operation costs for the trails

There seems to be a lot more riders on the trails so just remember to take it easy on the two way trails
